2. METHOD FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA |
Your personal data is collected electronically through Linkedin, e-mail, local head-hunters in line with the purposes and in general the provisions set out in this Policy.
3. DISCLOSURE AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA |
To carry out the purposes outlined above your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers that provide the human resources and recruiting services.
Some of the recipients we may share your data with may be located in countries outside of the European Union and/or European Economic Area ("EEA"). If recipients are located in other countries without adequate protections for personal data, Electrip will ensure that your data is protected adequately (e.g. by entering into the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR, which the European Commission has assessed as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data). Electrip has also carried out the so-called “transfer impact assessment” to comply with the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice. Your privacy is important. That’s why we respect it by taking steps to ensure the security of the processing of your Personal Data and to protect it from loss,misuse, or alteration. Where appropriate, these steps can include technical measures like firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, unique and complex passwords, and encryption.
We also use organizational and physical measures such as training staff on data processing obligations, identification of data incidents and risks, restricting staff access to your personal information, and ensuring physical security including appropriately securing documents when not being used.
