Nicola de Sanctis has more than 35 years of vast experience in different sectors and also on academic environment.
He has worked for Waste Management, public utility sectors; mergers and acquisitions, energy efficiency and renewables. He acted as the CEO of Edison Renewables, E.ON Italy, Iren, Acquedotto Pugliese. Sanctis has been appointed as the Chairperson of Electrip Global LTD as of 2023.

Kicking off his career at the construction company Tekfen İnşaat, Yüngül filled various managerial positions in Metaş, Faz Elektrik, and Merloni Elettrodomestici. Joining Zorlu Holding as the General Manager of Vestel Beyaz Eşya, a white goods manufacturer in 1997, Yüngül became Chairman of the Vestel Executive Board in 2000. Following successful 15 years in Vestel management, Yüngül became the first CEO of Zorlu Holding in 2013. Yüngül continues his position as the CEO of Zorlu Holding and he has also been appointed as the Vice Chairperson of Electrip Global LTD as of 2023.

Gab Barbaro holds an MBA degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law from Monash University, Melbourne. Mr. Barbaro is the managing director of WrenHouse LTD and focuses on asset management across the portfolio and is a Board Director of North Sea Midstream Partners, DCLI, Electrip Global and i3 Broadband. Barbaro has been appointed as the Board Member of Electrip Global LTD as of 2022.
He has over 20 years executive and consulting experience, working with large corporates to drive performance improvement.

Cem Köksal holds a degree from Mechanical Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 1988. Following post-graduate work in Bilkent University, he filled various positions at different levels in İnterbank from 1990-1997 and in Denizbank from 1997-2002. Köksal has been the Financial Affairs Group Head in Zorlu Holding since 2002. Köksal has been appointed as the Board Member of Electrip Global LTD as of 2023.

Benedetto De Biasio holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna.
Benedetto De Biasio is involved in the origination, execution and asset management of investments, with a focus on the Community and Energy Transition infrastructure sectors and supports the origination effort in Southern Europe for WrenHouse. Benedetto is also Board Director of Almaviva, Voyage Care. Benedetto has been appointed as the Board Member of Electrip Global LTD as of 2022.

Phil Bownes holds BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and is a qualified solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales.
Phil Bownes is primarily responsible for legal and compliance matters associated with Wren House and the transactions it undertakes, as well as managing Wren House’s external legal relationships and advising Wren House’s Board and Senior Management. Besides his board membership in Electrip Global LTD as of 2022, he is also board director of Voyage Care.

Kaan Dündar holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University as well as MS in Finance and MBA degrees from University of Baltimore.
Mr.Dündar is the Finance Director of Vestel UK Limited and more than 30 years of experience in vairous sector from banking to automobile.
Apart from his Board membership in Electrip Global LTD as of 2023; he is also board member in Turkish-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
